Take 505 South to Hwy 80 West to Hwy 12/Jameson Canyon Rd Napa to Hwy 29 North. When you reach Calistoga, Hwy 29 turns into 128. Look for 3250 Hwy 128. 1/2 a mile past Tubbs Lane on the Right.
From the San Francisco International Airport/Golden Gate Bridge:

From the Bay Bridge/Oakland Airport:
